Her earlier consulting work (1998-2016 ) with the NHS, HSE, Home Office, and universities focused on risk assessments, security reviews, and training, including the development of a globally adopted workplace safety software. She also held key leadership roles in sales and marketing, notably at Blockfoil Ltd and ICI Paints Division, driving growth, CRM adoption, and team development. She holds an MSc in Security Management from the University of Leicester and a Diploma in Corporate Psychology, and is a PRINCE2 Certified Practitioner.
